I started taking my daughter to Miss Lucy when she was just three years old. She is now 17. This has been a positive experience for both of us.
Lucy is a rare combination of true artist and shrewd business woman. She knows how to choose music and choreography that transcends generations. Her productions are thoughtfully and beautifully worked out. They instill excitement and appreciation in both her students and audience.
She is also a great communicator. As a business owner, she listens to her clients, and takes action based on what is best for all parties.
I have no idea how she remembers everyone's name, but she does. She is always diplomatic to her students and their parents.
I cannot think of a dance studio that would be a better fit for my daughter.
I have been with the Dance Gallery 2 for 15+ years now. An my mom can attest to this, that the Dance Gallery 2 has been the only thing that I have ever stuck with for longer than a year.
I started off one of those shy kids who loved to dance, but really never did it in front of people. The studio helped me build my confidence and self-esteem, as well as team work.
Everyone, except Richard, have nothing but positive comments about the studio. And I promise that if you sit in on just one class that your child is in, you will see what everyone here is talking about.
I have been part of the DG2 family since I was 15. I am now a mother of 3 and my children are part of the DG2 family also. AND NO I dont have 3 daughters. I have 2 boys and a daughter. And do you know what I like best about DG2... Everyone is treated the same. My boys are treated just like my daughter. And because of that they aren't afraid to show there love of dance. Anyone can come into the studio and be part of the DG2. There are so many classes and age groups to choose from. There is something for everyone. You may want to come see for yourself. The June production is a good place to start.
