    A touch of class in lame Chico.: This is one of the only upscale bars in downtown Chico. It's nice to get away from the silly college town vibe once in in a while. As the other reviewers have stated, the prices are high enough to keep the morons away. Their appetizers are excellent.

    Monks wine bar: The wine selections are excellent. Never had a bad recomendation. Classy setting with out being arrogant. The food is very good & made by locals. Not a college hang out...thank God.
