User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsShelf Bracket?.. yeah right.... Are you sure it wasn't the PLATE under your salad? My wife and I live in Kapolei for years and Outback has been always good. We don't eat there often because it is expensive. Good steak and good service.. but pricey.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOMG we will never go back!!! My husband ordered a salad and upon eating it found a shelf bracket underneath the lettuce! Spoke to the manager and she acted like it was no big deal. Didn't offer us anything...no free meal, no dessert, no drink...It was the grossest thing I have ever seen. Never again.
To add to this ... the service was awful. Our order got mixed up and no one seemed to know what to do.-

excellent - standard Outback fare - bar staff is great and there are alot of locals that hang for happy hour
