   Went in to see what could be done with my acne scarring and Smoothbeam was recommended by Dr. Gasch's assistant, which was an out of pocket expense. in the 2nd and 3rd treatments I got severe blisters (literally 50+) all over my cheeks and chin in areas where I initially had no scarring. Went in to show them what had happened, the appointment consisted of the laser techs sitting there discussing their lack of knowledge of the laser settings, and how they needed to contact the Smoothbeam rep for further guidance. And my insurance was billed for this visit, ontop of paying out of pocked for the botched procedure. After Dr. Gasch moved into the new office I called to see if they potentially got their act together and got some new lasers/technologies. The receptionst had no Idea what lasers they had, and had someone call me back, which was a week later. Then I asked they inform Dr. Gasch of my frustrations and to have him look at my records, they took over a month to get my records from the old clinic! Still, they were far from helpful, and wanted me to make an appointment again, to discuss these issues with the Dr. I refuse to have my insurance billed again for this nonsense and lack of knowledge. Dr. Gasch might be ok, (if for once they would have scheduled me to see him) but needs to be aware of all the major shortcomings of his staff!!! So I am left with scarring potentially worse than when I started, and have no idea if he was informed of any of this. And I agree with the other reviewer out there. I have no idea why he brought his receptionist with him to the new clinic. She is unhelpful, unknowledgable, keeps patients waiting and can't follow through with messages.

   Amazing Doctor, able to treat my psoriasis and keep it in remission longer than anyone else. Made me feel like I was a person, not another "case".

   ***Beware*** There are better doctors out there.
   You are not always getting treated by Dr. Gasch. Sometimes his assistant is doing it. I got horrible bruising when his assistant treated me. I've had this treatment countless times elsewhere without any side effect, but I wasn't so lucky here. In the future, I'm going to another dermatologist.
