I did Individual counseling and Couples counseling for almost a year and it made an amazingly positive impact on my personal life and marriage. I started doing their low cost individual counseling since I didn't have insurance. I enjoyed that so much that we started doing couples counseling to work on some relationship issues.
We learned a lot about ourselves and our relationship and have really grown through our experience with Allies.
