User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went to Lemon grass and the service was horrible. The only reason I went there is because the restaurant that I love Saeng Thai House was closed, so I decided to give Lemon grass a try. The waiter was awful and acted as if we bothered him everytime we asked for something. He refused to fill our glasses up when they were empty. I was charged for a to go container to carry out the rest of the food that I could not eat. I will never go back there again. the food was OK but the service was horrible

Honestly, Lemongrass Thai Restaurant, is really good food. They have an outstanding menu that makes it fairly universally family friendly. The food tastes fresh, and is prepared with care. This is easily one of the best dining experiences that I have had in eastern NC, in some time. The spring rolls are awesome, for starters, if you are in the area and want to give them a try. I would encourage you to give them a try, if you like Asian and Thai cuisine, you will want to visit this restaurant. Fresh food, clean front house and a modest price, an class act all the way.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLemon Grass is a great little restaurant. It is clean the food is spicy without needing to call the fire department and the staff are always pleasant and polite. The prices are good and appropriate for what you get. I love the Chicken Curry appetizer, the Chicken Satay, and something that is cooked with basil whose name I can never remember. It is down to earth and not the least pretentious. Overall it is an excellent introduction to thai food.
