We did not go to Downtown Kitchen BUT went to his other place next door "Goin' Coastal" It was very good FRESH seafood. I had the Maine Lobster special and it was fabulous...my husband had the bass and loved it. Thanks for a great seafood place...we missed it since moving down here..give it a try.

Went there last Saturday night. Was extremely surprised to find such a great place in little old Canton, Georgia. Food was great (kitchen fired steak and collards). Fried pickle appetizer was wonderful. The prices were very reasonable.

Only problem was the wait - we called ahead and still had to wait 45 minutes - but it was Saturday night. The bar stools are slippery - but bartender was good and prepared good cocktails. Also, it's a little noisy.

I'll certainly be going there again.

My husband & I eat at the Downtown Kitchen whenever we have business in downtown Canton. It is always clean, the service is exceptional and the food is always delicious. Our favorite is the bleu cheese burger with sweet potato chips. The burger is cooked to perfection, juicy and enormous. The sweet potato chips are crispy and crunchy and comes with a special dip. Yummy! They also have wonderful soups & salads The lunch menu is eclectic and diverse with items like fried baloney sandwhiches or fish tacos. The dinners are a little pricey but lunch is always affordable and scrumptious. My mouth is watering thinking about the food....
