What an awsome place to be...a family operated business that is not only fun and delicious to go to but very friendly....The woman who owns the business is a single mother of three wonderful children who great you at the door with a smile. They bring you the menu and help with their mom. It is child friendly and the restaurant host an autism night the last Monday night of each month.....They also just raised money for Muliple Sclerosis. This restaurant has Pizza that taste like it is from New York...Pasta Subs and even entrees that make you just keep coming back for more. The service is wonderful and everything is homemade...they say they keep bringing family traditon back to the dinner table and they were not lieing about that. The owner Kathy keeps her children close and you can see how she is keeping family values with in the business.....Eating at Rizzo's was the best experience I have had anywhere. My family will keep going back!
Great place to go eat!: On December 27, 2006, the Sun Bowl Soccer tournament was going on near this restaurant. After the morning game the players had to go eat pasta to get energy for the afternoon game. We found Vinny's. There were 15 of us. For a small place they managed to serve us all at a reasonable time. The food was delicious, everything was homemade. The spaghetti sauce and meatballs tasted like grandma's cooking. All the different pasta dishes were excellent. I went back two more times as there were not many places around. We tried the calzones, strombolis, pizza, more pasta dishes and ALL of them were delicious. The pizza crust was thin, not salty, cheesy. I mean, there are no words to describe this place. If you are looking for some home cooking, this is the place.
