We were a party of 4 with reservations. We were seated in a few minutes of our designated time. The waitress was very good except for my never-empty coffee cup which was empty some times. The food was excellent and the price seemed comparable to restaurants in chattanooga with less one on one attention. The experience was delightful and we will return.

I have eaten @ Fhen's before and the food was good, NOT great. Not worth the price... My wife and I and another couple went 2 weeks ago. We had reservations. We did get seated immediately and our waitress was the best part of the experience. She was almost as upset as we were at the following. When we were seated another party of around 20 were seated around 10 minutes after us. We start to order and are informed that they are out of the NY strip, which we ALL wanted to order, so we all ordered prime rib. After waiting about an hour and a half for our food we decided to go out on the porch and have a cigarette. While we were out there, our table was cleaned off and a couple sat there. We saw this through a window and almost left then but the waitress was fast in asking what they thought they were doing. She was told by the owner that we did not inform anyone we were just going outside, she told the owner that we had informed her. So we were seated again and minutes later the couple that were seated at our table were seated too. It has been 2 hours by this time. and we wait.... Then the couple that were seated after us GOT THEIR FOOD BEFORE US, remember we had been there for almost 2 hours before they were even seated. After about 2 and a half hours, we got our food, it was good except for the 1/3 of the "prime rib" that was nothing but unedible fat. We finish our meal and the owner comes to our table and in a very condesending and inconsiderate way told us that "that's the way it goes sometimes" and did not ONCE apologize. She was even rude to our waitress when she said that we deserved something compensated on our checks. So, 3 hours, overpriced food, GREAT waitress, rude and inconsiderate owner. WILL NOT RETURN, neither should you.
