    Very slow and unprofessional service! Visited this restraunt for lunch while on vacation from California. Waitress does not understand what your needs are and completely messed up my order. Although she offered free services I did not accept them She brought out the cook and had him apologize for her mistake (She did take the order.) My friend even had to get up and ask for coffee since she didn't even come and check if he needed a refill. Come to think of it, I didn't even get a refill on my soda. Very poor service. Ambiance was ok, but that was about it.

    Terribly slow service, food was Ok. But it couldn't make up for the slow service.
    Wouldn't go there again.

    Friends recently took us to visit Times Square. The food (reuben sandwich, onion rings) was outstanding and huge. All I could eat. My wife took home half of hers. The wait staff could not have been friendlier. Their menu is complete with choices for all palates. Handsome decor, comfortable accommadations, high-back upholstered chairs. Excellent atmosphere at very reasonable prices. This one is on our favorites list.
