User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just got back from Best Buy where my husband and I bought a new tv, stand, and digital camera. I don't know about these other reviews (sorry about your bad experience) but everyone we talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. Plus they were very HONEST which I was really appreciative about. We weren't sure which camera to get and the guy that was helping us helped us identify our needs. There was no pressure or anything. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I dread going into this store! I come out questioning myself each time if the hassle is worth the convenience of the location! I have never been in there and found a single soul who seems like they have half the intelligence of a ant! I recently saw a commercial for best buy on t.v. in which they boast of there knowledgeable cellular staff. WHAT??!! They obviously have a disclaimer excluding NORTH Little Rock best buy! Never in my life have i witnessed such sheer unadulterated stupidity! Each time i wonder if the problem lies in having, what seems to be, all teenagers running this store. That would explain the crap attitudes, the obvious lack of interest in any part of there job description, not to mention the clear irritation that anyone has had the audacity to ask a thing of them, which i can only chalk up to laziness. Yes, maybe a change of staff age would improve this store, but then again i think grouping teenagers with the bunch in there is quite frankly an insult to all teenagers everywhere!

The customer service stinks at the Best Buy in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Had cash to buy a new laptop. There was no one to help me. As I left I told the two young boys at the front that the store just lost a cash sale for a laptop. All they said was "sorry" , (they never showed any interest as to why) and went back to their senseless small talk. I drove to The Office Depot and was greeted with a smile and excellent help. I guess you know where I purchased my new laptop!
