User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery good store. The kids working are always very friendly. My family, or myself frequent this business almost everyday. Some times the wait is a bit long if there is only one person behind the counter, but in all we've always had a good experience.

I work in Akron and have been to many area Subway's. this one happens to be the closet at lunchtime and this one is the worst. They consistently skimp on lettuce in the salad's(compared to other Subway's) and most recently I left with a pizza that was so burt on top that there was no taste but the burnt taste. Why would they allow this to even leave the store in this condition, I have no idea. Customer's understand when a mistake is made but to not correct it and just leave it is not understanding. Subway Restaurant's are one of our favorite places to go, but not this one.

I also work in Akron and I love this location. Its very convenient to have a restaurant other than McDonalds near by. I witnessed a burnt pizza being taken back to the store maybe by you or another customer, and a girl and boy were behind the counter. This person flung it at the people working and continued to scream even though the kids offered another one or money back. My family and I were standing in line as this was taking place and I was shocked at the way this woman handled the situation. Also, at subway, they have a system of how much of one thing to put on compared to the other.(I know this from my 18yr old son who worked at the Subway on Transit.)They make your food in front of you, so if you want more lettuce, or any other vegetable for that matter SPEAK UP. double amounts of vegetables are free, so its ridiculous to let this occur when youre watching them make it in front of you! Its no ones fault but your own.
