User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food is fantastic (well, better than most other fast coffee places) but the service is ABSOLUTELY abismal! I have never been to a worse place, even McDonald's durring a rush! My wife and I have been here a few times (since it is usually on the way to where ever we are going) and every time we go through the drive-thru the service is the worst we have ever had. The server barely acknowledges you, as you place the order, they just tell you the total cost and as you drive up to get your order, they just open the door and stare at you. They will not tell you your total again or even greet you! This has not just happened to us once or twice but more than 4 times. We had thought that we were alone in this, but a friend of ours that lives closer than we do has told us that she will no longer go there since she has had terrible service as well. In sumation, avoid THIS Tim Horton's if at all possible do ONLY to the service. If you can, drive down Main St. and head to the one near Top's. That one is probably the best service we have ever had at ANY store.
