I was gonna get a delivery. not only did they say they wouldnt deliver less then 150 gallons. they told me it would cost $730. thats ove $4.80 a gallon. The price for this area is $3.33 a gallon. Where do they get off. Im going to be reporting them and several other companies around here for this illegal practice. who the hell do they think they are. well they are going to find out they messed with the wrong person and i hope they get fined millions and shut down. imoral scum every person who works there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY RIPPED ME OFF.
AUGUST DELIVERY - 76 GALLONS, BILL= $266 @ $3.5/ GALLON
SEPTEMBER - DID NOT DELIVER, BILLED $150
$150 DIVIDED BY $3.5/ GALLON IS 48 GALLONS
THEY CLAIM IT WAS UNPAID FROM AUGUST DELIVERY.
MY TANK HOLD 100 GALLONS.
HOW CAN YOU FIT 124 GALLONS OF PROPANE IN A 100 GALLON TANK? WHEN I ASKED THEY GOT DEFENSIVE, I CANCELED DELIVERIES AND TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT PAY THEM FOR THE 24 GALLONS. THEY THREATENED TO PUT A NEGITIVE ITEM ON MY CREDIT FILE!
IF THEY CAN NOT GRASP BASIC MATH, HOW CAN THEY SAFELY DELIVER PROPANE?

You are not the only one that will be reporting thier practices of ripping off the public. They have until the 21st of may to settle my account in full or I will be contacting the New York State Attorney General's office of what they are doing. I am also going to print out some of the reviews I have read to forward to the attorney general as well so his office can see that I am not the only one that is very dissatisfied with them. Good luck to all the former customers of these scam artists.
