The bad- Its old. IT WREAKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, the people are old and CRAZY. Maintenance takes forever to respond to a call. Elevator are the slowest on the planet.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am a student living in Roosevelt Arms Apartments and I LOVE it. My apartment is beautiful, new bathroom and kitchen, and freshly painted. When I was looking for an apartment I found a LOT of places, after visiting them I found EVERY SINGLE ONE more expensive and DIRTY!! I was SO happy the day I got my keys to my apartment.
