    If you're planning on renting from these people, DON'T. They are unresponsive, rude, and will intrude on your privacy several times a year without sufficient notice.
    I'm sure they're much kinder and responsive to potential home buyers, which is very disheartening. Linda won't even REPLY to you, let alone address your concerns unless you make it clear to her that you're ready to spend some money.
