    Well Worth the Drive--Mi Ranchtio, Ashton, Idaho: I found an unexpected surprise passing through Ashton, Idaho on Highway 20. At Mi Ranchito, I found a wide variety of menu items to please my family (Subway style sandwiches, soup, and of course a large choice of Mexican dishes. Members of my family were delighted with their choices: enchiladas suizas, salad, quesidilla from the kid's menu, and chili relleno. The kids liked their choice of Blue Bunny ice cream for desert and the adults enjoyed the flan and cheesecake. The restaurant is clean and comfortable with a unique interior ranchera theme.
