User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy husband and I wer...: My husband and I were craving a smoothie and a wrap, when the smoothie came back not fully blended with a powdery substance at the bottom and the wrap with hair in it The general manager Chris, was quite rude to my husband and i, and when I asked for a refund he gave me a very disrespectful look and said I will write your name down for a free meal that you can redeem any time. When I replied that it was unacceptable, he told me there was nothing he could do but write my name down.
