    Our family of 10 adults ate at SF Wed Oct 18 at 6:30. The calzones were cold, the service was terrible and the ticket was indecipherable. We had asked for separate checks when we ordered. At the end of the meal we were informed all charges were on the same ticket and the server couldn't explain them to us. We were prepared to pay the 18% tip (we usually pay from 20-25% for the excellent service and food at Carrabbas and were prepared to pay that here). If you would like to see how a successful restaurant is run, visit Carrabbas, Olive Garden or any other restaurant that has a waiting line (where personnel smile and actually act like your business is impoant to them and they enjoy serving you)

    I was not impressed. Is it a sports bar or a lousy try of an Italian? Deep dish wasn't deep dish. It was way over priced for eating sysco brand food. The service was great but was confused on the food.

    I have always really liked their pizza and pasta. the best part is that Pizza Factory is one of the few places I can get green olives on my pizza and I love it. Also, try the Berry Cream Pie when they have it. It is REALLY good.
