They are a horrible property managment company. Refusal to perform repairs and maintenace that are structural or security issues. Broken locks on doors, water damage etc. What a joke! Overpriced, and when you move out they take your entire deposit and cite extra cleaning or extra repairs. Does'nt matter what you do they hose you!! They were never available to fix the issues I was having with the home when I lived there and then they tried to charge me for them when I left. I'm having to file a lawsuit with Oregon's renter's rights to get my deposit back. -

PLUS also handles a ton of Redmond properties too.. I plan on renting from them as long as i'm in Bend!
