    Perfect place! Chaco has both raw and cooked vegan food and desserts..its also nice because they have free-WiFi within the restraunt so you can bring your laptop and work while enjoying such an nice food and atomosphere.

    Excellent Live Food!!!: Thank goodness for the Chaco Canyon Cafe. We need more places like this! Even if you are not raw food, you can still go and enjoy the vegetarian menu. Casual atmosphere. Reasonable prices. My favorite restaurant. Try the Spicy Thai Grinder and the Carrot Cake. Yummy!

    If Mother Nature had a restaurant this would be it: Chaco Canyon serves raw food and vegan dishes, coffee, and smoothies. Most, if not all, ingredients are organic and are blended together in the most amazing way. My non-veggie friends have been reluctant to go but the ones that have love the place almost as much as I do.

    Not only do they have garbage and recycling bins but they also compose what they can. It's good for you and the environment too!
