User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI love Olive Garden but my very first visit to the Greenville Olive garden was a bit disapointing. I just moved to town and for my very first visit to the resturant I was appalled that there was a man walking around with a fanny pack and a Card that read he did not speak english, and needed money. He went from table to table and the server at one point even waited for him to move to come give us our drinks!! I was so upset. I told her that she needed to get a manager and that this was ridiculous. Of course the manager came and escorted him. I want to know how he got past the people who seat you when you walk in the door. Seriously what where they thinking???

We love eating at this Olive Garden. The food is wonderful and the service is always great.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis restaurant has an insane policy of asking for proof of age before serving alcohol to anyone. Not once but twice my wife and I were required to show proof even though we are well beyond 60 years of age. This not amusing, it is insulting. I asked to and spoke with both the general manager and the manager and was told that they ask everyone who orders an alcoholic beverage for proof and that it is corporate policy. I know that this is not the case as I have visited Olive Garden restaurants in other states and have never been insulted in this manner. My reccomendation is that if you have a special occasion that you are celebrating with a loved one go elsewhere. I can only imagine a party of say 10 senior citizens all being carded before they get a glass of wine with their meal.
