User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI go to hoops and fitness all the time and i love everything about it. They watch my little brother while i go and play basketball. Im 16 and i been to welcome all, virginia burden, ymca, and run n shoot and ALOT of more gyms in the atlanta area and no gym compares to hoops and fitness. Hoops and fitness put run n shoot out of biz. If you dont like hoops and fitness you must have not been there.

This is absolutely the BEST gym. The staff is wonderful and the facility is very comfortable to work out in. The price is also reasonable with no contract. I am a BIG fan of the Hip Hop aerobics class with Anton on M, W, and F. Talk about burning some calories. Not sure why the previous review would give the gym one star just because of a misunderstanding about a special offer. I was aware that the offer ended before the new year. In any event, I sent someone to join after that and they honored the special. Besides...who cares if it is 99 or 120...there is no better deal in the entire state! Ten dollars a month for a full workout facility including a dry sauna, steam sauna, heated pool, daily fitness classes, and full basketball facility with childcare. Seriously? If it wasn't a great gym, they would not have been sending others to join. But I digress. This gym is the best. I actually only came online to get the phone number. When I saw the negative review, I felt a need to respond.

This is only my experience. Tamara with management and her staff can't do business properly.They told many people that they had a $99 dollar special which ended up being $120 and then they said it ended on New Years Eve. According to her,but not the staff the "special" ended a week earlier. "This was a mistake by my staff". Meanwhile not only did I send several people there from another awful gym LA FITNESS(in my opinion) of MORROW.Now they have false advertising and don't have the special and all they can offer me is "I'm sorry ,my staff did not tell the proper information.There were 4 people at the desk at the same time saying the same thing. Duh! Awful customer service. Honor the special.If your "sorry" your wrong make it right.HONOR WHAT YOUR STAFF TOLD EVERYONE. This is why business go bankrupt.Awful customer service. What is your experience with them?

you need to go back bcuz i love it and so does everyone else
I dont love it they need to fix the cardio and turn on the tv's. To much focus on the Hoops part in my opinion. I have a receipt from this place written in BLUE HIGHLIGHTER! Black people, white people, chinese, is this how we do business? Please get your act together. There are other gyms. Your bball crowd you will no doubt keep. Your gym clientele may move on.
ONE MORE THING that LA FITNESS is a joke. I felt like the guy was trying to sell me a car.
