There sales reps are awesome and if you dont leave with the car you want, its not reflecting on the striving ability to succeed in getting you that car. Not to say anything is wrong with people, just trying to state their desire and will to sell you your car. Wayne Kessman hooked me up with the car i wanted and his team completed this transaction on a saturday! when most dealers are not as much to sale since most of their banks are closed. In closing, the commericial is right 100 %. Go to Johnson City Honda. There service is # 1, reps # 1, and the ability to get the job done is # 1 and get you out the door into your dream car.

We got a better price on our vehicle from Johnson City Honda but the service is horrible. This dealership does NOT HONOR its word and can't be trusted. My visors cracked in my 07 Honda Civic (not a factory recall but it was still under waranty). I told them I was getting close to 36000 miles and asked them if I couldn't get into the shop to have them repaired before the miles went over would they still be okay to fix it. They promised me they would fix them and ordered the parts for me. When I got to the dealer at around 36500 miles they straightout refused to fix it. After they made a promise to me that whenever I made it there it would be okay to fix it. They could have sucked it up, (since they already ordered the part and it was there and they had the record of the exact date I called them!) and fixed it and had a lifelong customer but since they did not I would never buy another vehicle there EVER! I tell everyone this when it comes up in conversation! They will sure sell you a car but good luck getting them to do anything honorable or keep their word. Always get it in writing. American Honda actually ended up paying for a different dealer to fix my visors! Thanks American Honda! I would def buy a honda again but NEVER EVER EVER FROM JOHNSON CITY HONDA! Johnson City Honda is a horrible dealership!

I WAS WAITING FOR A SIMPLE SERVICE JOB..IT TOOK 4 LONG HOURS.DECIDED TO HAVE A FREE SNACK .WHAT A MISTAKE HE HAD MOLDY OTIS SPUNKMEYER GOODS.PLEASE IF YOU are going to give snacks away please discard the spoiled ones..j.c honda is a JOKEEEEEEEE;SHAME ON YOUR GREED.........
