Starbucks

I have never had a positive experience with this coffee shop. I frequently go to Starbucks, and usually like it. Since this is the closest one to my house, I often have no choice but to go there. The staff is rude and unfriendly. If I request my coffee be made a certain way (with whipped cream, with extra flavoring, etc.) I am not only ignored, but given a disgusted look as if I have just truly ruined their morning. Despite the fact that I am always cheerful and polite, and smile/say please and thank you, I never am greeted or told to have a nice day. And after that unpleasant customer service experience, I can guarantee that my coffee will taste old, will be lukewarm, and will not have extra syrup or anything else in it despite my requests.
If you want a Starbucks, make the drive out to Strongsville...or better yet, pick up a bag of cheap coffee from the dollar store, and I promise it will taste better than the Parma Starbuck's drinks.
