User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsSubstandard service definitely lowers my rating for this restaurant. I regularly wait 30-45 minutes for take out orders to be completed (after having ordered them 15 minutes earlier). When I complain to managers I generally get, "gee I'm sorry" and a shrug. When dining in you constantly have to hunt for your server to come back to your table for refills. Fortunately, the food is usually good and plentiful.
