This is the most delicious pizza but so expensive!! I would order it more but I can't, the few times I've had Silvio's I've been more than impressed by their fresh ingredients and tasty crust.
David's review below seems to be of the wrong restaurant. There are no Asians working at Silvio's; the owner is Italian, and was trained as a baker in Italy. Moreover, if you're going to get take out calzones, you have to recognize that by the time you get around to eating them they're likely to be soggy. It also appears that David thinks prosciutto is "raw bacon." This is the best pizza I have ever had, ever. The arugula pizza is to die for. I have not had a pizza crust like this outside of Italy. We go out of our way to get to this place, and although it is a hole in the wall, you will not regret your visit.
My wife is in the Cardiac Unit at U of M Hospital. We've been here for 3 days, and as you can imagine we're sick of hospital food. We decided to order in, so we looked at the reviews on Google to see where the locals eat. Soooo... we decided on Silvio's Organic Pizza. We decided on the Calzones and Blue Cheese Vinagarette Salad. Granted we had the 1/2 salad, but it still wasn't a large portion. However the salad was VERY fresh, and VERY tasty. The calzones on the other hand were gross. Mine was black olives, ham, and mild peppers. My wife ordered bacon, ham, and mild peppers. When we opened the boxes, we were both shocked to see what looked like over-sized soggy egg-rolls. Neither had the mild peppers we had ordered, but instead had marinated bell-peppers. The bacon in my wife's calzone looked raw. I hadn't eaten all day, and was starving, so I went ahead and ate mine. I felt terrible for my wife, and let her have most of the salad. I actually ate all of mine, because I had already bought it, and because I didn't have anything else to eat. My wife ate most of hers, but couldn't finish it.
The REST of the story....
I called and complained to the owner of the company, who by the way sounded Asian (maybe that's the soggy egg-roll connection). I proceeded to explain the problems with our food, and she proceeded to argue with me and tell me there was nothing wrong with it. She acted like I should have KNOWN they didn't have mild peppers, and that I would get marinated bell peppers. The bacon was smoked, so it didn't need to be "cooked" (okay, please go to the grocery store for me, and find the smoked bacon, and tell me if it says you need to "cook" it). The calzones were soggy because of the oil from the marinated bell peppers, and because they deep fry their calzones....and none of this was the fault of Silvio's.
So, I asked if they were going to do anything for me, or if I should just tell everyone I met at U of M Hospital, how lousy their food and customer service is. So, she tells me she'll let me re-order what ever I'd like, but that I'd need to send what was left of the calzones back for them to see. At this point, I'm thinking "Ok, maybe this will turn out alright". So I ordered a pizza......
There was maybe 1/4 of my wife's calzone left with a bunch of raw bacon, and nothing but a soggy greasy box left of mine. So, I traded the delivery guy outside at the curb, and went back up to the hospital room. Just as I got back in, I received a call from Silvio's. There was another lady on the phone, and I could hear the owner yelling in the background. They asked why I didn't send the whole calzones back. I replied that we'd sent back what was left. They asked why we ate them. I replied that it was the only food we'd had all day, and that we'd been really hungry. The lady asked why we'd ate it, if it was really nasty. I told her that I'd paid for the food, and that it was all we had to eat. SHE SAID, "SO, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY VENDING MACHINES THERE?"
At that point, all the people within 100 ft of my location in the hospital started looking my direction, because I was HOT!
The pizza was OK, but not really anything special. I won't ever eat there again.
After asking around, it sounds like the locals eat at the New York Pizza Depot, or Pizza House.
Hope this helps :)

If you'll read the review, you'll see that I ordered bacon in the calzone, not prosciutto. I do know the difference, thanks. David
