I have been going to Huffines for 2 years and have had outstanding service, always. However, this week they really surpassed themselves. My consultant Brian O'Connor in the service dept treated me like a valued guest and friend. He not only fixed a minor problem, he checked out my car and fixed two more problems that i had not noticed. It is this kind of service, from Brian, that makes a loyal customer stay with the company. Outstanding folks!!!!!

Low ball on trade in I receintly tried to purchase a cadillac from this location, knw my credit is'nt that great so I new my intrest rate was going to be high, they did get me financed, but only wanted to give me 2500.00 for my trade in and then wanted me to give them 1250.00 ernest money my car is in good cond. but even on kelley blue book trde in value is over 3000. even if it's a pos and mine is not no dents no fading no rust runs good this just baffeled me if you want to check it is a 98 cadillac devile w/95000 miles and imitation conv top. (This is how they Work) go some where else do not use them

They damaged my car.: We took our Subaru in for a recall problem and one of their employees ran it into a poll. They tried to say we brought it in that way! My husband and I had to fight the dealership for them to repair the damage they caused. Beware of their service department.
