User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI started seeing Dr. Brian Jones/Methodist Family Health Centers after seeing a good review on here more then a year ago. I must say, I believe that the good ratings must be being posted by fake customers. Dr. Brian has over the past 12 months been consistently out on vacation or off that week every time I try to make an appointment. When ever you are able to see him; he makes you wait two to three hours past your appointment time. This has been my experience, and from talking to other patients I share this experience. I am looking for another place to take my business. This terrible experience gets only worse when having to in the mean time put up with front counter staff that is rude and impatient. I gave Dr. Brian and Methodist Health Centers a fair chair chance. They sure know how to make a customer/patient like second class citizens not worthy of their time. I have a very difficult time believing these positive reviews.

Doctor Jones has been my Physician for approximately 10 years now. I have relocated to a different city over 31/2 hours away and he continues to be our spouse and I physician. No other doctor will take the time too work with you too figure out what the best options are for their patients.
I feel Dr. Jones is the most caring physician one can have. "Excellent" is what you think of when you refer too Dr Jones and his staff. Thanks!

I am personally sorry to hear that your experiences are bad. Maybe he has been bombarded with patiences. Hope your experience somewhere else makes you feel like a first class patient.
