"Very good with cross contamination issues"? What does that mean? Should I avoid this place like the plague??
"Very good with cross contamination issues" MEANS that they make sure no gluten (wheat, rye, oats, or barley) get in the gluten free menu. Using the same pans, etc.. for the regular & gluten free is an example of cross contamination. People with celiac disease become violently sick when consuming gluten and have to strictly follow a special diet with NO traces of gluten whatsoever.
