User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsPenske truck rental was so much more afofrdable than any of its competitiors for moving to a different state! The truck was clean and in good shape, and when talking to the agent abount fuel cost, he underestimated the gas milage so my trip cost was less than planned! I would definately recommend penske to anyone!

Penske service is terrible. The truck we rented was 2 hours late and the company wasted the gas we paid for by running the truck to charge the battery. After filling the tank and returning the truck, we were charged an extra $46.00 for "not filling the tank" (which we did). When we called the Altoona, PA office the manager was extremely rude, stating "We can help you." It does not take six gallons of gas to run from East Freedom to Altoona! This company was a waste of time and money. We will never use this service again!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
