User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called metros tonight to order pizza and wings and I have a coupon for $24.99.. it was 2 16" pizzas one topping and 20 boneless wings. I called and the guy on the phone said I am sorry but we dont have that coupon here. well if there the ones sending out these coupons, shouldnt they have them. and so I said I just order somewhere else and hung up. Worst service and worst attitude, I have dealt with from them. they have made several mistakes with my orders in the past but the deals seemed good. not anymore Metros sucks and I will never order from there again.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI called them to thank them.: I don't think I've ever done it before, calling a business just to thank them. The pizza's really good and it was $5.99 for a large plain pizza if you go and pick it up yourself. I don't know how they make it work - efficiency of scale? - but more people should patronize them to make sure they stay in business.

$5.99 for a pizza - that's what they claim - when you call they give you 5 different prices. They quote you $1.33 delivery charge but then you have to pay more per pizza. If you pick it up then they want to know if you are going to pay cash - that's a different price than if you pay by a card. You have to answer so many questions and figure out what you really are paying that it takes for ever until you even know what price you actually paid per pizza. Good luck.
