I went to Macaroni Grill for the first time the other day for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is very nice (i.e., booths, dark lighting, nice decorations, see into kitchen), and the wait staff is very friendly and quick. I had the chicken parmesean which was awesome. They bread their own meat and also give huge portions. You also get free homemade bread to dip in oil & spices at the beginning of your meal. I would high recommend this restaurant.
i have been to the is retaurant a bunch of times mabey 10 or 11 and every time i go i get something new because i now whatever i get is going to be delicious and i will lick my plate clean so i highly recomend you going there and trying the fish becasue it is realy recomend you going there because you will never regreat it :).....
Don't ever get take out from here. They will screw up your order every single time. We have tried to give them several chances to fix their problems even calling in to the restaurant AND corporate offices to get our problems fixed. We tried eating their 6 times.
Several problems is they always put your dessert on top of your hot foods. I mentioned this two times (after the 1st time our desserts were melted cheesecake shakes) and still they didn't fix it.
And the portions are always contrastingly different. My wife and I usually order the same meals. One portion will barely have enough pasta to cover the bottom, the other has pasta piled up to the lid.
Our calamari was always cold and the portions we received got progressively smaller and smaller until there was about a dozen pieces in our entree.
I have called the manager, who apologzied to me that the other manager quit, but the quality of service was still the same.
I called the corporate office three times and they reassured me each time that the problem was going to be looked into, still nothing.
So we have given up supporting them, especially when Olive Garden is right across the street and gives you twice as much food for the money.
Several of our closest friends and relatives also agreed the quality of service is sub par compared to Olive Garden.
Don't waste your money eating here.
