User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI agree about the prices. They are way too high for Moscow. I almost had a coronary when I went to the counter to pay and they told me a color and cut was over $120.00. If I'm paying that much, I want to go away looking a lot better than I did. Just an average cut and color was all I got. Not a place I would recommend.

AMPS is THE best hair salon in the area. They offer a full range of salon services at reasonable prices. All of the stylists are fantastic and friendly. I would not recommend any other salon in NEPA (unless, of course, you want a style that is outdated and looks cheap).
