   Do Not Use: While,very nice on the phone about their service, quality of work and price structure, I had a horrible experience to get the work complete. We made two appointments, both between 8-9am. On the first appointment, no one showed at the house and we did not receive a call from anyone till after 10pm, instructing that they would be late. Come 11, we receive another call, saying they would be later due to traffic. We cancelled and rescheduled for the following week, same time.
   
   Fast Forward to 8-9am the following Friday.. we still had a no show at the house. This time, no call, no explaination. When we called to inquire, they simply said "sorry you need to reschedule, when do you want to set up a time". Not sorry for being late...sorry "we needed" to reschedule. I refuse to work with people who obviously do not need the work themselfs. We cancelled and did not reschedule. Maybe they do a good job, maybe they don't.. but if you can't even keep an appointment, then no one will ever find out. Get your act together guys, for your own good.
