Great Job!!: These guys did a great job on my wifes car. They removed a lot of marks on the rims that I was not able to. I am going to take my car there next.

Ruined my rims: I brought my car in to get detailed for the first time here. I inspected the car when it was finished--before going to pay--and found two nasty stains on both right rims. I recently purchased a $2600(rims only) set of Volks with special clearcoated lips that made them appear polished. Well... I guess an employee decided to use a chemical wheel cleaner instead of just soap and water to make his job a little easier; it left nasty streak marks on the polished lip of the rims.

When I confronted the manager about it, all he did is say that it didn't happen there and that he was not going to do anything about it. Lawyer and Better Business Bureau .... here I come :-(
