This is a great dealer, I bought my harley from the one in Pigeon Forge. All the crew there was great but Steve the sales manager went out of his way to take care of anything I needed. It has been three months now and every time I go by he still takes time to set down and talk to me. This is the best dealer I have ever delt with. I will always go to this dealer for all my harley needs their great.

Great bunch of people. They go out of their way to welcome you and help you even if you are "just looking".

I stop by Harley Shops all the time and this group is the friendliest by far.

When I was ready for a new bike, I bought it from Smoky Mountain H-D.

WENT TO THE BURNOUT. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!! NEED MORE PUBLICITY ABOUT THIS PLACE. EVEN IF YOU DONT RIDE A BIKE, THESE PEOPLE ARE SUPER.
