not very thorough, didn't replace screens when done, didn't really "clean" the window as you would expect a window cleaner to do, did not appear to be professional

You've heard the statement "as clear as glass": Well, now I know what that means! Mark cleans a window better than anyone I've ever known. Fast and efficient, inexpensive as well! I can't recommend this service highly enough!
