User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDuring the week of June 1, I used the Self Car wash, I did not get a signal that my time was running out. I had to put in a minimum of Two dollars to get it to start again.
I believe I should be refunded for my extra money that it cost me.
Calling the number does no good as I did not get to talk to anyone.
Sure, you can write and most likely get ignored there also. Plus it cost another half dollar for stamps and envelopes.
This method of operation lacks "Customer concern"!
There are other places to wash my car.
