We had a clogged drain in our basement. A Roto-Rooter technician was at our home within just a few hours of us calling. He fixed the problem right away and was very informative. As new homeowners, we anticipate plenty of clogged drains and issues in our future. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter for any of our needs.

Roto-Rooter Service August 17, 2009
I always loved the jingle, but didn't expect to find myself in need of your services at our home! The entire experience was very efficient and pleasant (perhaps less so for Kris, who unclogged 70 feet of drain pipe in our yard) from appointment-setting to conclusion of the call. Everyone was helpful and clear about what to expect and how the work would be done, and how to keep the drain running smoothly. We appreciated the job you did, and would certainly call you again for our needs in the future.
