User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe personnel at this location were rude and useless. They were unwilling to leave their important gossip session in order to provide a hint of customer service. This is a poor reflection on the delivery personnel of UPS who work hard to deliver customer satisfaction. In the end, these employees did the least amount of work possible and have lost a potential customer forever!!!
