Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough

Herb Chambers dealerships are the most unethical business I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

We were quoted one price over the phone, a very reasonable price. When we went in, we were informed that there had been a "mistake", and the car was not available at that price. This is a classic "bait and switch". When we pressed, the salesman turned mean and accused us of lying to get a better price.


High pressure sales tactics, overly aggressive sales tactics, and VERY DISHONEST.



DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

One of the few places where you don't need an appointment for service. So far they've given me no problems: customer service has been good, auto service quality and timeliness is what you'd expect from a dealership.

Showroom personnel are friendly and helpful. Waiting area is clean and organized, with a flatscreen TV, complimentary coffee/tea, and free WiFi service (just remember to bring your laptop).

Bad service: I had the similar experience as the first reviewer. They pressured me to pay in advance for parts, but never followed up. I called them many times, they simply ignore. I checked their reputation, they have a unsatisfactory record with BBB. No wonder, I would not do any business with them again.
