User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsHow do you get to talk to a customer service representative? I do not have an account and was interested in getting some answers for your CDs. I could not get through to a real person.
My qustion is re the 4% 7 months CD. Can you open a CD without a checking/savings account? Also, can it be opened in the amount of $50K?
How do I get to talk to a real person without revealing my social security or other personal information?
