User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhat once was a convenient bank has become completely and irrevocably inconvenient. New fee structures forced upon old Commerce Bank customers are out of control and un-matched in the industry. As if a failed system migration was not enough I have been forced to pay fees through no fault of my own.
TD Bank will fine you when their systems do not correctly update your account balance real time. The will fine you for every occurrence. Their customer service will parrot back boiler plate responses and act as falsely sympathetic corporate drones.
Based on my experiences with this horribly unorganized banking monster I am cancelling my account and moving my money to a bank that actually appreciates my business and I encourage you to do the same.
