While trying to replace a bathroom sink, I discovered that the lead drainage pipe going into the wall was rotted out. Charles dropped by again, and somehow managed to replace it even though the joint was half behind a tiled wall. We have no wall damage (which I figured was utterly unavoidable), a working sink, and I again know a lot more about plumbing than I did 45 minutes ago. Great work again.
Charles just came out to service our heating system, and was extremely helpful (I didn't know much about the heating systems used out here (We're from AZ).) He was able to fix mistakes made by our AC contractors, and point out other plumbing related issues to be cognizant of etc. Good guy. Highly recommend this company.
