Everyone has always been very kind, friendly, accommodating and professional. I've been nervous and scared at times, but they have been so outgoing and welcoming that it has made my experiences at Main Line Diagnostics much better than I would have expected
I thought they were very friendly and informative. I enjoyed using their services. :)
What an unpleasant experience! After scheduling a mamm with Rx in my hand and specifically mentioning an ultrasound is requested, I am denied that by the technician at the appointment. Today I am called by my doctor's office to go back and get the ultrasound. Frustrated and stressed at having to make ANOTHER appointment, miss work, go thru the hassle, I call to make the ML Diagnostics aware of their mistake and my inconvenience. A rep from their office calls me back and is very "in my face" about their "procedures". Our conversation went around and around due to her inablility to HEAR her patient's dilemma. This is NOT patient care services. I am insulted by the return phone call I received and shocked at MLD's abrasive attitude. Back to Paoli I go. :)
