User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI can not sing the praises of Dr. Woodie or her office staff any louder. She saved my beloved cat's life and extended it 8 years longer than any other vet said was remotely possible. She and her staff were attentive, amazing, kind and loving. When my beloved passed away in March of this year, the staff called us, sent cards, and were absolutely wonderful. To me, you get what you give. If you are nice to others you will get that in return. For me, she is the BEST vet I have ever used, and I have had several in different states. I tell EVERYONE about AllPets and would be there again should I get another pet. Outstanding group of concerned professionals. I, as a non-Delawarean, was made to feel part of the All Pets family. THANK YOU ALL PETS! JAC
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBeware this one! On recommendations from friends, we boarded our dogs with them last weekend. When we called up to get a price, we were given a cost per animal and told what information to bring (eg. shot records, etc.). When we showed up to drop off the dogs that Saturday, we were told "Oh yeah, and unless you have heartworm tests and some other records we're going to have to charge you $70 per dog additionally". As we had no other alternative for kenneling the animals at that moment, we had no choice. Either way, make sure if you use this practice, you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. We spoke to our regular Vet, and he had no idea why this was necessary. We've also had our animals boarded two other places in the last few years with none of this headache. Not recommended.

I had a horrible experience at All Pets. Dr. Woodie is also quite rude and has no bedside manners. She made me feel horrible for getting my dogs medication cheaper from a third party...
She should be glad that my dog is in a loving home and less worried that she is not making money on pet meds!!! I am very upset with my service and will not return : (
Pet owners beware!!!
