User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI TOOK A BRAND NEW DRESS TO THIS CLEANERS FOR AND ALTERIONS AND TO GET A A TINY MARK OFF OF THE DRESS. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE DRESS . THE DRESS HAD SEVERAL RUNS IN THE FABRIC, ALONG WITH SNAGS. IT WAS RUINED. NO ONE IN THIS BUSINESS WOULD GIVE THERE NAME AND THIS BUSINESS WOULD NOT REPLACE MY DRESS. THE WORST EXPEIANCE I HAVE EVER HAD. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS RUINED DO BUISNESS WITH ROYAL CLEANERS.
ONE OF THE EMPOLYEES ALSO THREATED TO HIT ME ACROOS THE FACE WITH A HANGER.
MAYBE THE REASON FOR NO ONE TO GIVE A NAME IS PERHAPS THEY DO NOT HAVE CITIZENSHIP OR A WORK PERMIT.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGreat value & Good service: This cleaners is one of the few true one price cleaners in Henderson. As advertised on their $2.25 Cleaners sign, they actually charged $2.25 for dry cleaning. There is no hidden/extra charges for silks, dresses, suits, etc. Everything is done at the store and I find that the next day service is very convenience. The staffs are friendly and they even help with carying my garments to my car.
