User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsHalligan's used to be called the Firehouse Bar and Grille. This is a bar/restaraunt that is all firefighter themed and dedicated to the Fallen Charleston 9 Firefighters. Food was outstanding however they do not have a kids menu. They open at 11 am and are open until 2 am. Our service was very poor when we walked in at 11:15 am as we stood in the lobby and had to wait for about 10 minutes for anyone to emerge and greety us. Our serive once seated was good. Waitress was very friendly and on her game with refills, ect. Not expensive and they do offer a 10% off Fireman discount.
