I am very impressed with the entire experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Karen is warm and patient as she tends to the necessary data and questionaire at hand. Dr. Angela is an angel; very soft spoken, engaged in the needs of her patients; she is charming and intelligent as well. Chana, the therapist is highly qualified but adds a special type of expertise, rarely found in busy dental offices. She has compassion and empathy. Thank you Chana, for caring! God's richest blessings on everyone at the office, today and always. Will see you all tonight, as Agostino plans to receive his long-awaited new set of choppers (teeth) and he is more than excited. I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years due to a number of bad experiences in the past. Although somewhat embarrassed by the state of my teeth, my view of dentists was all about pain and little about caring. A flyer from Dr. Angela Berkovich sparked my interest, however, so I made a tentative inquiry that has since changed my outlook on dentistry forever.



Upon emailing Dr. Berkovich’s office, I received an immediate call back from Cathy who was extremely understanding and listened to all my issues and concerns. At my first appointment, I could tell that I was in a caring, professional environment. The office is very modern and there are none of the smells or noises that I remembered from my prior dental experiences.



My first appointment consisted of filling out a comprehensive medical and dental history, along with x-rays. The initial cleaning with an extremely personable and knowledgeable dental hygienist (Shauna) was postponed after I explained that my teeth were very, very sensitive due to lack of care.



Dr. Berkovich then extensively discussed my treatment options, anticipated outcome, cost and time needed. Together, we developed a plan to achieve long-term comfort, improved dental health and a very happy smile.



I felt very comfortable in this caring environment where all my questions and concerns were addressed with both consideration and thoroughness. Now 3 months later, I have a completely new smile which has changed not only my appearance but my entire attitude. All my appointments — including 3 root canals, crowns and 18 porcelain veneers — were easy to deal with due to the assistance of Christiane (Dental Assistant), the modern equipment in the office and the personal attention of Dr. Berkovich.



I would highly recommend Dr. Berkovich to anyone looking for an exceptional dental experience. Please see my before and after photos on this site, and I would be happy to speak to you in person if you need additional information.
